So you are thinking about what will it take to get me to my next goal…right? Thought so! This is where I can try to assist you. My coaching method is quite simple. Understand where you want to go and what you are capable of. I can then help you come up with a training plan or steer you to a platform that can possibly assist you. With most of my coaching plans, I use a multi-step approach with formative running which leads up to a summative goal at the end of our sessions. My approach is different than others. I do not train for speed. There are specific run coaches out there that take care of that high need. Rather I train for a goal (ie: 5K, 10K, half, full).
